Professional Staging Consultation: At our first listing appointment, we bring in a professional stager who provides a whole-house staging consultation and provides advice on painting, landscaping, furniture arrangement, and accessorizing that will present your house in the best light to help it sell for top dollar in record time.

Professional Photography: We contract with a professional photographer—who also shoots for a local upscale home magazine and The Street of Dreams—to take quality photographs of the interior and exterior of your home. We use these full-color professional photos on your home’s highlight sheets (flyers), mailers, and in all of our online promotion (multiple listing service, our own site, and consumer sites such as Craig’s List). Often the first impression a prospective buyer will get from your home is its photographs. We make sure the quality of your home shines through.
