Yvonne Buchanan is an Oregon native and has lived in Portland for the last 30 years. She has experience in all aspects of home sales, from pricing and preparing homes for sale to marketing, negotiating and following through to a smooth and successful sale. She has lived and worked on Portland’s eastside, westside, downtown and suburbs and currently resides close-in eastside in the Rose City Park neighborhood.

Yvonne has a 20-year marketing background, and in the mid-80s put herself through college by creating and marketing for Realtors. She holds a B.A. in English and an M.S. in Writing, both from Portland State University. She has also attended the University of Oregon.
